I cannot recommend this company based on customer service. They did not meet my expectations in terms of communication and professionalism. My expectation was for a professional to see the work, provide a quote, and complete the work without me needing to oversee any of the process. I communicated with the technician that I had small children in the house and I could not step away, and repeatedly he insisted I come see things outside. Only after making me come out 3 separate times did he offer to call me with any further questions. I communicated that I simply wanted a price to repair/replace and did not need specifics on what was needed, and the conversation drug on unnecessarily. I was then billed the entire amount for repair which I said was fine. The technician said he only needed a deposit and was going to refund the remaining balance, I told him that wasn’t necessary and against what I said, he did what he wanted. The technicians did show up on time but other than that, the process has been a hassle.

I have to say that the service was impeccable. Everything always explained to me thoroughly. Response time was fast. Work was done pretty fast. Replaced the 16’ tube, 7’ cables, drums, & spring. The technician, David was great. I wasn’t in love with the price, but wasted no time paying it. I could’ve done it myself….but not as great a job & I wouldn’t have a warranty! I Highly recommend this company.

Garage door spring busted and our door was inoperable. Called Easy garage door repair and received a same day appt at my preferred time of 1-3. I can’t give as many stars as Easy Garage Doors deserves!They were very quick to respond to my online request for service and very easy to set up an appointment with quickly. David diagnosed my problem, ordered the necessary parts and when they arrived, set up a mutually beneficial time to do the installation. He and the installer Martin, we’re very polite, respectful and went over and above their duties to make sure I had everything I needed, including programming my remotes and even my car on a separate trip. Can’t recommend this company more highly..wonderful!!

Torsion springs broke and needed replacement. Found Easy on google.Great responsiveness and professionalism. They answer the phone after a few rings, and David showed up within a couple hours.David was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional in every way.My only negative was the price. I wanted urgent, quality work, and I got that, but shopping around would result in cheaper options.
