Rainwater had started leaking into my garage, and I noticed one side of the door wasn't sealing properly. The technician identified a worn-out weather seal and a slightly misaligned track. He replaced the seal with a new, heavy-duty one and adjusted the track to ensure even pressure along the bottom. He even added a few screws to reinforce the track brackets. The job was neat, clean, and done with attention to detail. It’s been dry ever since, even in heavy rain.

David (and one more person--I didn't get the second guy's name) did a great job replacing two torsion springs for me after one of mine recently broke. The communication with this company was fantastic. I filled out the contact form on their website (on a Sunday), and in less than five minutes I received a call back. I talked to them at 11:50am, and by 2:10pm David had installed the new springs, cleaned up, and was heading out for his next job. Very impressive! What a great crew.

Something I really appreciated was their willingness to give an estimate over the phone, with the typical disclaimer that they can't really know for sure until they see it, but it's super great to hear a ballpark number on the phone so I vaguely know what to expect. It cost less than I expected to have this repaired, and I think their pricing was very good, especially given how fast the service was. Thanks guys!

I can’t recommend Easy Garage Door Repair enough! From start to finish, this was one of the most seamless and professional repair experiences I’ve had.

David came out to assess our garage door at the property we own next to our main office building and was incredibly respectful, kind, communicative, and informative. He walked me through everything in detail and quickly identified that our existing garage door opener - installed by a previous contractor - was not only one of the cheapest models available but had also been installed completely wrong. Because it had been used multiple times in that faulty setup, the entire mechanism was damaged beyond repair.

We decided to move forward with a full removal and replacement, and it cost us $950 total and not a penny more - which included removal and disposal of the old unit, and full installation of a brand new LiftMaster opener. I have to say that the service was impeccable. Everything always explained to me thoroughly. Response time was fast. Work was done pretty fast. Replaced the 16’ tube, 7’ cables, drums, & spring. The technician, David was great. I wasn’t in love with the price, but wasted no time paying it. I could’ve done it myself….but not as great a job & I wouldn’t have a warranty! I Highly recommend this company.

Garage door spring busted and our door was inoperable. Called Easy garage door repair and received a same day appt at my preferred time of 1-3. David stayed in communication and arrived ahead of schedule. He was able to get our door fixed and adjusted and it’s back working perfectly. Highly recommended

I can’t give as many stars as Easy Garage Doors deserves!They were very quick to respond to my online request for service and very easy to set up an appointment with quickly. David diagnosed my problem, ordered the necessary parts and when they arrived, set up a mutually beneficial time to do the installation. He and the installer Martin, we’re very polite, respectful and went over and above their duties to make sure I had everything I needed, including programming my remotes and even my car on a separate trip. Can’t recommend this company more highly..wonderful!!

My garage spring had snapped from the cold weather (below freezing) and was able to call this company with a super fast response and was able to get David to come to my home when I needed. He was attentive to my needs and was able to finish the work in less than an hour and I was able to check his work with satisfaction.

Torsion springs broke and needed replacement. Found Easy on google.
Great responsiveness and professionalism. They answer the phone after a few rings, and David showed up within a couple hours.
David was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional in every way.
My only negative was the price. I wanted urgent, quality work, and I got that, but shopping around would result in cheaper options.
