Update: Called Easy Garage Door Repair for a tune up recently, after my great first experience. Door was making nose, moving slowly, etc. Marcos came out, was quick to assess and finish the work. Great price - worth every bit as much as he adjusted and fixed. Thank you!

My neighbor had a great experience so I had Yogi come by for a quick estimate. Yogi was awesome and extremely friendly! He pointed out several issues with my door setup, largely due to lack of maintenance. My door was ready to collapse (with damage from the recent hurricane) so I opted for full door and hardware replacement.

The next day, Yogi came out with all new hardware and a new door. He gave me a timeframe and showed up on time and completed all the work in just a few hours. I can’t say enough good things about Yogi and his helper - super friendly and personable, took the time to explain things to me, showed me the app to operate my door and then left the work area just as he found it - clean, tidy and free of any extra hardware (screws and such). Very professional! Thank you thank you!

Well, my tension spring on my garage door broke. Unable to open the double garage door. After reading the reviews of Easy Garage Door Repair, I decided to give them a call. A real person answered the phone!! After explaining what I needed for my garage door, I was asked if I needed it that day or the next day. Joey came out the next day and evaluated what I needed done. We went ahead and put on the new tension spring. I was given the estimate. We decided it was a fair price for the service, along with the warranty. We also had nylon rollers put on to replace the old steel rollers we had. All the work was completed in a short while. It was so nice to be able to open the garage door and get the cars out.
Joey was very professional. He had very good work ethics. Answered all my questions. He made sure everything was ok before he left. We are so glad we called Easy Garage Door Repair!! Sure beat a DIY repair!!

My garage door motor was making some noise while opening and closing so I called to first ask for price for tune up, assuming this will fix the issue. I was told that they don't quote tune up prices, but happy to send a technician to take a look and provide a quote once they see the issue. The person on the phone was courteous and professional.

The technician came ahead of time and was nice and professional initially. After seeing the issue, he said that he can do the tune up first for $250 to see if the issue will go away. I remember having got tune ups done in the last 1-2 years (from licensed professionals) for less than $100, so I asked him why the cost was so high. He just said 'Ok, thank you very much' and walked away.

I understand quality comes for a price, and I also understand every professional charges differently for their service. I generally look for a service company with good reviews and go with them as long as I feel they are charging market rate. I was just trying to reconcile in my head why the price was higher, and I would have considered getting the service done if I received a good enough justification. If he was going to do more than regular tune up in the $250 price, he didn't even wait to explain. I consider walking away without responding to my question as unprofessional and unacceptable.

I hate writing a review for someone without having used their service, but having seen the lack of professionalism, I am compelled to write one.

Edited: Changing review from 1-star to 5-star. The owner called me within 15 minutes of writing the review. He thought that I may have asked him to leave. Although I hadn't asked him to leave, but looking at the number of times he apologized via text and on the call, I see it was a genuine misunderstanding and not an intentional snub. I appreciate the importance he has given to customer service since the appointment this morning.

He also offered me to do the work for the price I had in mind, and also suggested to contact Liftmaster company to avail of my existing warranty, since the issue may not just get resolved by tune up. I will use their service once I hear back from Liftmaster, but wanted to update my review in the meantime.

Joseph came out the same day I called and repaired an issue with my door, and gave an estimate for further replacement of a panel. Marcos came out the next day and did the replacement. Both of the technicians were really wonderful, and I would recommend the company based on their attitudes and work. I did have a bit of an issue with the owner (or manager), not sure. I wasn't sent the estimate the day before so I called to have it sent to me and when I received it, it was higher than what I was told the day before. He was not going to honor the estimate because "prices increase daily," which I don't really think is acceptable if you say your estimate is good for 7 days. He did end up...sort of honoring it...and I say sort of because it was still not the price quoted and I did have a few other issues...but Marcos worked so hard to ensure the work was done well and that I was satisfied with the result, and Joseph even called to make sure I was happy. I may use this company again based solely on the professionalism and work of Joseph and Marcos...I would just have to be sure I get the written estimate the same day to avoid the pricing issue.

Hello, I was about to head out for work and pushed the garage opener and it didn’t work. I called early Thursday morning and scheduled an early appointment. I received a text confirmation regarding the appointment and shortly after that I received a text saying Marcos, the technician was on the way and I was given the option to track his route.
He showed up within 30 minutes of me getting the initial text. Marcos immediately saw the issue and went to work. I ended up having to get a new garage door opener installed, but he did an amazing job his work, professionalism and the amount of time it took was great! It took approximately an hour and a half to complete the job. The new unit is extremely nice and exceptionally quiet!!! If you have garage door issues give them a call!!!

Rainwater had started leaking into my garage, and I noticed one side of the door wasn't sealing properly. The technician identified a worn-out weather seal and a slightly misaligned track. He replaced the seal with a new, heavy-duty one and adjusted the track to ensure even pressure along the bottom. He even added a few screws to reinforce the track brackets. The job was neat, clean, and done with attention to detail. It’s been dry ever since, even in heavy rain.

David (and one more person--I didn't get the second guy's name) did a great job replacing two torsion springs for me after one of mine recently broke. The communication with this company was fantastic. I filled out the contact form on their website (on a Sunday), and in less than five minutes I received a call back. I talked to them at 11:50am, and by 2:10pm David had installed the new springs, cleaned up, and was heading out for his next job. Very impressive! What a great crew.

Something I really appreciated was their willingness to give an estimate over the phone, with the typical disclaimer that they can't really know for sure until they see it, but it's super great to hear a ballpark number on the phone so I vaguely know what to expect. It cost less than I expected to have this repaired, and I think their pricing was very good, especially given how fast the service was. Thanks guys!

I can’t recommend Easy Garage Door Repair enough! From start to finish, this was one of the most seamless and professional repair experiences I’ve had.

David came out to assess our garage door at the property we own next to our main office building and was incredibly respectful, kind, communicative, and informative. He walked me through everything in detail and quickly identified that our existing garage door opener - installed by a previous contractor - was not only one of the cheapest models available but had also been installed completely wrong. Because it had been used multiple times in that faulty setup, the entire mechanism was damaged beyond repair.

We decided to move forward with a full removal and replacement, and it cost us $950 total and not a penny more - which included removal and disposal of the old unit, and full installation of a brand new LiftMaster opener. Ignacio, the technician who performed the installation, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough in walking me through all the features of our new system.

I have to say that the service was impeccable. Everything always explained to me thoroughly. Response time was fast. Work was done pretty fast. Replaced the 16’ tube, 7’ cables, drums, & spring. The technician, David was great. I wasn’t in love with the price, but wasted no time paying it. I could’ve done it myself….but not as great a job & I wouldn’t have a warranty!
