This 2″ thick insulated steel sandwich panel is made with premium materials. Richly detailed grooves, a deep pebble grain texture, and a two-coat prefinished paint system come together to elevate the look of your home.
Hot dipped galvanized steel and a hemmed inside return rail give the panel excellent strength and long-lasting durability.
A .25 mil rust-inhibiting primer is topped with a .75 mil exterior coat that stands up to fading and chalking. The result is a finish that stays uniform from panel to panel and wears better over time.
Galvanized steel hinge plates span the full height of every section at each hinge location, making it simple to attach hinges, handles, struts, and step plates.
The interlocking rails improve strength and create a tighter seal against wind, rain, and snow.
This retainer reinforces the panel and keeps the replaceable U-type bottom astragal weatherstrip secured, so the elements stay outside.
Polystyrene insulation is pressure bonded between two sheets of hot dipped galvanized steel. This sandwich design helps lower your home’s energy costs, keeps the door running more quietly, and dampens noise from outside your garage.
This environmentally friendly insulation stays intact through years of vibration and use.
The bi-directional wood grain texture gives the door the character of traditional wood.
