    This garage door company is an absolute disaster. They promised same-day service but didn’t show up until three days later with no communication in between. When the technician finally arrived, he was rude and clearly had no idea what he was doing. He left without completing the job, claiming he needed a part he didn’t have and never came back.     Rainwater had started leaking into my garage, and I noticed one side of the door wasn't sealing properly. The technician identified a worn-out weather seal and a slightly misaligned track.     I can’t recommend Easy Garage Door Repair enough! From start to finish, this was one of the most seamless and professional repair experiences I’ve had.

    David came out to assess our garage door at the property we own next to our main office building and was incredibly respectful, kind, communicative, and informative. He walked me through everything in detail and quickly identified that our existing garage door opener - installed by a previous contractor - was not only one of the cheapest models available but had also been installed completely wrong.     Easy Garage Door Repair replaced an old door with new frosted door panels, new hardware and motor. David and his team were extremely responsive and easy to work with, showed up on time for installation, and completed everything in 1 day. Our garage was kept clean, and they removed all old materials for us. They were also very helpful with some follow up questions on the new equipment.     I have to say that the service was impeccable. Everything always explained to me thoroughly. Response time was fast. Work was done pretty fast. Replaced the 16’ tube, 7’ cables, drums, & spring. The technician, David was great. I wasn’t in love with the price, but wasted no time paying it. I could’ve done it myself….but not as great a job & I wouldn’t have a warranty! I Highly recommend this company.

    I can’t give as many stars as Easy Garage Doors deserves!They were very quick to respond to my online request for service and very easy to set up an appointment with quickly. David diagnosed my problem, ordered the necessary parts and when they arrived, set up a mutually beneficial time to do the installation. He and the installer Martin, we’re very polite, respectful and went over and above their duties to make sure I had everything I needed, including programming my remotes and even my car on a separate trip. Can’t recommend this company more highly..wonderful!!
