A 2″ insulated steel sandwich panel made from quality materials. The detailed louvered design, rich woodgrain texture, and two coat factory paint finish work together to give your home a more polished look.
Built from hot dipped galvanized steel with a hemmed inside return rail, giving the door added strength and a longer service life.
A .25 mil primer that guards against rust is paired with a .75 mil exterior top coat. The finish holds up against fading and chalking, keeps color even across every panel, and lasts longer.
Every hinge location has a galvanized steel plate running the full height of the section, giving a solid mounting point for hinges, handles, struts, and step plates.
Sections lock together for extra strength and a tighter seal against wind, rain, and snow.
Adds strength to the bottom of the door and holds a replaceable U type astragal weatherstrip in place to block out the weather.
Polystyrene insulation is pressure bonded between two layers of hot dipped galvanized steel. This helps lower energy costs, makes the door run more quietly, and cuts down on outside noise inside the garage.
