Flush Panel
This 2″ thick insulated steel sandwich panel is made from premium materials. A flush-panel face with deep woodgrain texture and a two-coat prefinished paint system work together to boost the curb appeal of your home.
A hot dipped galvanized steel body with a hemmed inside return rail provides outstanding strength and long-term durability.
The finish layers a .25 mil rust-inhibiting primer under a .75 mil exterior top coat. The top coat is formulated to resist fading and chalking, and it delivers even color from one panel to the next along with added durability.
Galvanized steel hinge plates extend along the full height of each section at every hinge point. They make it easy to mount hinges, handles, struts, and step plates.
The interlocking rails increase strength and seal out wind, rain, and snow more effectively.
The retainer strengthens the section while holding the replaceable U-type bottom astragal weatherstrip in place, helping keep outdoor conditions where they belong.
Polystyrene insulation is pressure bonded between two sheets of hot dipped galvanized steel. This sandwich build helps your home use less energy, runs more quietly, and cuts the amount of outside noise coming into your garage.
This eco-friendly insulation keeps its shape and performance despite vibration and the passing of time.
