Ideal when you need maximum natural light and unobstructed views. Well suited for residential, commercial, and retail spaces, with glazing choices that include glass, acrylic, insulated glass, or aluminum panels.
Door sections are 2 inches thick and constructed from extruded aluminum rails and stiles, assembled with 5/16-inch threaded rods and nuts. Glazing is sealed on all four sides with aluminum snap-in beads. Section dimensions and center stile configurations vary by door size and model.
Available with 1/8-inch glass or acrylic (Model 8100), 1/4-inch glass (Model 8400), or 1/2-inch insulated glass (Model 8500). Additional options include tempered, tinted, low-E, and laminated safety glass. Anodized aluminum panels are also available.
Aluminum components are available in clear anodized, bronze powder-coated, white powder-coated, or black powder-coated finishes.
The bottom section features a replaceable U-type weatherstrip retained by an extruded aluminum retainer. Optional jamb and header weatherstripping is available for additional protection.
