Recessed panels
This 2″ thick insulated sandwich panel is built from high-grade materials. Its finely detailed short recessed design, deep pebble grain texture, and two-coat prefinished paint system all work together to enrich the look of your home.
Hot dipped galvanized steel and a hemmed inside return rail combine to deliver strong, durable performance.
A .25 mil rust-inhibiting primer is finished with a .75 mil exterior top coat that fights fading and chalking. The coating keeps color matched from panel to panel and makes the surface tougher.
This retainer adds rigidity and locks the replaceable U-type bottom astragal weatherstrip into place, so wind, water, and debris stay out.
Galvanized steel hinge plates reach the full height of each section wherever a hinge is placed, which simplifies installing hinges, handles, struts, and step plates.
The interlocking design strengthens the panel and gives a better seal against wind, rain, and snow.
Polystyrene insulation is pressure bonded between two sheets of hot dipped galvanized steel in a sandwich design. It helps your home save energy, allows the door to operate more quietly, and lowers the level of outside noise in your garage.
This environmentally friendly insulation won’t wear down from vibration or the years.
The bi-directional wood grain texture gives the door the feel of traditional wood.
