This 2″ thick insulated sandwich panel is built from premium materials. Its finely detailed grooves, deep pebble grain texture, and two-coat prefinished paint system work together to add to the beauty of your home.
The hot dipped galvanized steel build, with a hemmed inside return rail, delivers outstanding strength and lasting durability.
The finish combines a .25 mil rust-inhibiting primer with a .75 mil exterior top coat. The top coat resists fading and chalking, and it keeps color consistent from one panel to the next while adding extra durability.
Galvanized steel hinge plates extend the full height of each section at every hinge location. This makes it easy to mount hinges, handles, struts, and step plates.
These rails add strength and seal more tightly against wind, rain, and snow.
The retainer adds strength and holds the replaceable U-type bottom astragal weatherstrip firmly in place, helping to block out the elements.
