I called Saturday afternoon and was able to speak directly to a friendly & knowledgeable associate within seconds. Before the call even ended, I received a text confirming my appointment details, which was perfect.
Alberto was dispatched to my home the next day, Sunday morning. Prior to his arrival I received a very detailed text 30 min. out, with the assigned technician’s photo and information—which was a great sign that they care about customer safety.
Alberto arrived promptly at the top of the arrival window which was fantastic. He listened to what I was hoping to achieve, provided me options and assured me the team could get it done. Which was such a relief, since other providers seemed to fall short. I required a custom component and even so; I was still able to be put on schedule for NEXT-DAY install! He even provided a ETA window and confirmation text before leaving my driveway!
Fast forward to today, Monday—Ignacio / King arrived within the arrival window I was given. Which was a pleasant surprise since Ms.Kayla gave me a call an hour before he arrived; stating the technician was running a bit behind. This level of consideration for their customer’s time was so refreshing, I’ve never experienced that with a contractor before—she even asked if that would still work for me, which ended up being completely fine by me.
Ignacio/ King was nothing short of professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I received a text 30 min prior to his prompt arrival. He briefly went over the installation details with me and was extremely detail oriented. Got straight to work and I was amazed at how he did the entire job BY HISSELF in 100 degree TX heat. Throughout the appointment; he kept me informed and cleaned up as he went. You can truly see the pride Ignacio/ King takes in his work. He still worked quickly; but did NOT rush—Easy Garage Door Repair is fortunate to have such a dedicated technician on their team.
By the time Ignacio/ King had left—my expectations were exceeded, my vision had finally come to fruition and then some. My garage now looks even BETTER than when the house was built not long ago, which says A LOT—and that’s all thanks to Ignacio/ King. As someone who works in construction; I’m very picky about quality of work and materials—however, this install was FLAWLESS and only contract grade materials were used. Truly, no notes.
I was so appreciative, that I even called their office after 6pm thinking I’ll just leave a voicemail—but to my surprise; I was warmly greeted by Ms. Kayla once again! THAT’S customer care.
