David came out to assess our garage door at the property we own next to our main office building and was incredibly respectful, kind, communicative, and informative. He walked me through everything in detail and quickly identified that our existing garage door opener - installed by a previous contractor - was not only one of the cheapest models available but had also been installed completely wrong. I have to say that the service was impeccable. Everything always explained to me thoroughly. Response time was fast. Work was done pretty fast. Replaced the 16’ tube, 7’ cables, drums, & spring. The technician, David was great. I wasn’t in love with the price, but wasted no time paying it. I could’ve done it myself….but not as great a job & I wouldn’t have a warranty!
